Size Guide
It's important to measure your foot accurately to find the right size shoe. To work out the size and width you will require, please follow these steps:

 

Measure the length of your foot whilst standing on a flat surface with your full weight bearing down, measure the distance from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe.
Measure the width of your foot across the broadest point. Compare this measurment to the footbed width measurements shown on the size chart to see if you need a narrow or regular width.
 
Example: Jackie's foot measures 250mm long and 95mm wide. She looks at her foot length in the below table and finds she will fit comfortably into a size 39 (250mm Footbed Length). At that size, the Regular Width footbed of 97mm will fit her foot perfectly.

The Birkenstock Birko-Tex Insole is light, hard-wearing and comes with a lining in high-quality, skin-friendly microfiber. This microfiber helps to regulate the temperature inside the shoe and is suitable for use in sport and leisure footwear and for feet of all widths. The underside of this unisex insole comprises a soft, shock-absorbent latex foam with memory effect. As with the original BIRKENSTOCK footbed, the insole is modeled on the natural print of a healthy foot. The midfoot support eases the strain on the forefoot. The toe-grip arch encourages the foot to grip and uses this gymnastic effect to improve blood circulation. The insole is perforated in the forefoot section, making it easy to cut to size for an individual fit. This BIRKENSTOCK comfort insole supports natural movements and eases the burden on the entire musculoskeletal system.

Orders under $100 will be delivered by standard post for $10 or express post for $15

We do not ship outside of Australia.

Birkenstock in the Hills generally ships orders by 3pm every weekday. Shipment is by Express Post via Australia Post. Delivery times after despatch vary from next day delivery for some capital cities, to 4 days for rural areas, and up to a week for remote locations as specified by Australia Post.

Birkenstock in the Hills recommend that you choose a delivery point where someone will be available to take delivery of your purchase.

In almost all instances, if a product appears on our site, we have it in stock. Should an item be temporarily out of stock, we will email or phone you with anticipated delivery dates.
