AustraliaI came in store to purchase Birkenstocks as a gift for my daughter. The staff were great and fitted her properly, however on the day, she wasn't sure about the colour and I left with a pair of shoes instead!- ("Mayari" which I am getting used to) Later that night , my daughter decided that she wanted the shoes so rather than travel back to Hahndorf I ordered online as we knew the right size, they arrived a couple of days later . Very happy 10/10
