AustraliaOverall experience was great. Easy check out, fast delivery, I like the idea of reusable packaging too (send back and they’ll reuse). I’m not sure how frequently that actually is followed through though. But a nice thought/attempt. At least all packaging is recyclable. As for the product itself, very comfortable, but I am very disappointed that there was no leather option for this style (Madrid) or the Florida style. I am very disappointed with the look of the synthetic upper material and I’m concerned about the longevity/durability of the material. One of the reasons I would have preferred leather - when cared for well, lasts a very long time. Both pairs are gifts, so we’ll see if the receivers like them. If not, I will be returning both pairs. Very disappointed with the look of the synthetic material and lack of leather options. Such a let down.
AustraliaI stumbled across this great site after months on the hunt for the always sold out pair of Madrid narrow birks in Mocca. They arrived super quick and I could finally retire my old pair of Madrid’s! Will purchase through here again.
