Size Guide
It's important to measure your foot accurately to find the right size shoe. To work out the size and width you will require, please follow these steps:

 

Measure the length of your foot whilst standing on a flat surface with your full weight bearing down, measure the distance from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe.
Measure the width of your foot across the broadest point. Compare this measurment to the footbed width measurements shown on the size chart to see if you need a narrow or regular width.
 
Example: Jackie's foot measures 250mm long and 95mm wide. She looks at her foot length in the below table and finds she will fit comfortably into a size 39 (250mm Footbed Length). At that size, the Regular Width footbed of 97mm will fit her foot perfectly.

We do not ship outside of Australia.

Birkenstock in the Hills generally ships orders by 3pm every weekday. Shipment is by Express Post via Australia Post. Delivery times after despatch vary from next day delivery for some capital cities, to 4 days for rural areas, and up to a week for remote locations as specified by Australia Post.

Birkenstock in the Hills recommend that you choose a delivery point where someone will be available to take delivery of your purchase.

In almost all instances, if a product appears on our site, we have it in stock. Should an item be temporarily out of stock, we will email or phone you with anticipated delivery dates.

    Great company , shoes comfortable but not though

    Great service, fast shipping. Good range of products. I'll define shop again. The Eva Arizona have developed a split in the top after only a week's use at the beach. Disappointed as they are so comfortable. Will still buy normal birkenstock though.

    Love my shoes

    Great experience, my shoes were shipped so quickly. They are so comfortable and I haven’t seen another person have them . Will be purchasing another pair .

    Eva Red Birkenstocks

    My online purchase was efficient and I received the product in very quick time. The only thing I need to mention is that the red colour on the product image is much darker than the actual colour of the shoes. That was the only thing that threw my off a little. Otherwise, great shopping experience and would shop with these guys again.
