My previous house shoes were from a very popular and well known brand, firstly I was sad because my old slippers had reached the end of their life, I decided to try the Birkenstock Zermatt’s, now I am sad for waiting this long to get these fantastic home shoes, WOW, I thought they would be warm and comfortable but they are next level warm and they get more comfortable with each wear, I am genuinely amazed at how great these shoes are. Really well made the fit for me is true to size. Birkenstock please please please continue to make these shoes, I will shortly buy the leather Zermatt and another pair of the wool felt as a back up. I cannot recommend these home shoes highly enough. My experience purchasing through Birkenstock Hahndorf was outstanding great communication, super fast delivery(arrived earlier than expected)product was very well packaged, customer service was excellent thanks Birkenstock I would give six stars if I could.
