Exchanges & Refunds:


Birkenstock in the Hills will exchange all full priced purchases within 14 days of the original purchase date. The goods must be returned with the original packaging, in an unused condition, that means that they must be new and unworn.

ALL RETURNS NEED AUTHORISATION PRIOR TO RETURNING.

If you would like to make an exchange or a refund please notify us by calling 08 83887426 or send us an email to sales@birkenstockhahndorf.com.au and we’ll provide you with our return postage address.

The original purchase receipt must be presented or included with your return. If a suitable replacement is not available we will issue a store credit that is valid for 3 months from the issue date.

Birkenstock in the Hills will not incur the postage fee of returned goods, this is the responsibility of the customer. We will pay the return shipping costs only if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.

Refunds or exchanges will not be processed until we receive your goods, so you may wish to use a postal service or courier with a tracking option to ensure your item has been delivered. Any claims for a faulty item, will be forwarded to the manufacturer’s representative in Australia, for their assessment and determination. All consumer statutory rights will apply to these claims.

If your product is deemed to be faulty by the manufacturer we will happily provide you with a refund or replacement if available. We will always process the refund using the same tender type as the original transaction. We do not refund for change of mind so please choose carefully.


Comfort Club Loyalty Card


The Comfort Club Loyalty card may only be used and redeemed in store.  It cannot be used when purchasing from the Birkenstock in the Hills web store.
