Who should I contact about my online purchase?

The easiest way to contact someone about your order is by using an enquiry form from our Contact Us Page or emailing us at sales@birkenstockhahndorf.com.au. However you are also able to contact us by telephone on 0883887426 . We will be available Monday - Friday 10:00am - 5:00pm; weekends 10:00am - 4:30pm and public holidays 11:00am - 4:30pm.

How long will my parcel take to reach me?

Birkenstock in the Hills uses Australia Post express shipping postage bags. This guarantees next day delivery for city areas and fastest possible delivery for other areas. We include a tracking number with every parcel sent, ensuring you can keep an eye on where your parcel is.

What happens if I place an order on a public holiday?

Due to the Australia Post offices not opening on public holidays, your order will not able to lodged until the following business day.

How can I track my order?

When your order is processed in store, a tracking number will be emailed to you. This will be able to be used on the Australia Post website and will provide you with the details of where your parcel is. 

I purchased shoes on the weekend, and when I click on my tracking number, it shows they have not been lodged/sent yet?

As we use Australia Post to send our orders, they are open for a limited time on Saturday’s and are closed Sunday’s. Therefore we will package up your shoes in store, but they are unable to be lodged at the post office until Monday or the next business day.

Do you ship internationally?

We are unable to ship Birkenstock shoes internationally. However some of the other shoe brands that we stock can be shipping internationally. Please use the Contact Us page and fill out an enquiry form stating what shoes and where they would be sent. Our staff will be able to confirm if we are able to ship them to you, and ascertain a quote for postage.

What happens if I want to return/exchange my shoes?

I have seen a pair of shoes from one of the brands you stock somewhere else, but I cannot see it on your website. Is it possible for you to order these in for me?

As we carry a range of brands, we are only able to stock a limited number of styles from these brands. Please use the Contact Us page on our website to send us an enquiry about the brand, style and size that you would be interested in. Our staff will investigate whether we are able to order these in for you, and advise you in a return email.

I have purchased a pair of Birkenstock shoes at another store, am I able to return them to you?

As we are an independent business, we cannot return or exchange shoes purchased at any other stores. You will need to contact the business that you purchased the shoes from. 

I have purchased a pair of Birkenstock shoes internationally, am I able to return them to you?

As we are an independent business, we cannot return or exchange shoes purchased at any other stores. You will need to contact the business that you purchased the shoes from.

Your website is showing you are out of stock in my size, am I able to get notified when these shoes are restocked?

In store we have a waiting list for shoes that we will be restocking. If you would like to go on this list, please email us at sales@birkenstockhahndorf.com.au or send an enquiry form from our Contact Us page. We can then keep your details and either call you or send you an email when the shoes are back in stock.

Do you have more stock in store than what is showing online?

All of the stock that we have is shown accurately online and in store. If we are showing that a shoe is out of stock online, this means that it is also not available in store.

Am I able to pre-order stock that you do not currently have?

Unfortunately due to our ordering process we are not able to pre-order stock for customers. However we do have a waiting list and we can take down your details and as soon as we have received the shoes you are after we can contact you.
