Online Orders

The easiest way to contact someone about your order is by using an enquiry form from our Contact Us Page or emailing us at sales@birkenstockhahndorf.com.au. However you are also able to contact us by telephone on 0883887426 . We will be available Monday - Friday 10:00am - 5:00pm; weekends 10:00am - 4:30pm and public holidays 11:00am - 4:30pm.

If you would like to cancel an order that you have placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will endeavour to make your request however once items are processed and dispatched they cannot be cancelled. Please note we normally ship the same day. Similarly, if you contact us as soon as possible and we have not processed and dispatched your item then we may be able to change your item.

No, we do not offer online gift vouchers.

As we carry a range of brands, we are only able to stock a limited number of styles from these brands. Please use the Contact Us page on our website to send us an enquiry about the brand, style and size that you would be interested in. Our staff will investigate whether we are able to order these in for you, and advise you in a return email.

Shipping & Delivery

Birkenstock in the Hills uses Australia Post express shipping postage bags. This guarantees next day delivery for city areas and fastest possible delivery for other areas. We include a tracking number with every parcel sent, ensuring you can keep an eye on where your parcel is.
Currently due to COVID-19 the postal system is running a bit slower and the next day guarantee does not apply.

It is the customer's responsibility to enter all the correct address details for delivery. If you have made a mistake on your address or would like it changed, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. Please note, if the order has been processed, address changes are not possible. We do not guarantee delivery if the address is entered incorrectly.

When your order is processed in store, a tracking number will be emailed to you. This will be able to be used on the Australia Post website and will provide you with the details of where your parcel is. 

As we use Australia Post to send our orders, they are open for a limited time on Saturday’s and are closed Sunday’s. Therefore we will package up your shoes in store, but they are unable to be lodged at the post office until Monday or the next business day.

Due to the Australia Post offices not opening on public holidays, your order will not able to lodged until the following business day.

We are unable to ship Birkenstock shoes internationally. However some of the other shoe brands that we stock can be shipping internationally. Please use the Contact Us page and fill out an enquiry form stating what shoes and where they would be sent. Our staff will be able to confirm if we are able to ship them to you, and ascertain a quote for postage.

No, all of our orders are shipped using Australia Post express post therefore there is no way to speed up the delivery any more than it is. Please keep in mind that busy periods such as Christmas may involve slight shipment delays.

We ask that if you have both a street address and a PO Box, that you please choose one. You cannot put both addresses into the shipping details. This will delay your order until we can confirm a single address.

As we are an independent business, we cannot return or exchange shoes purchased at any other stores. You will need to contact the business that you purchased the shoes from.

Yes! We send our repairs to the Birkenstock Australia workshop and also to Ideal Shoe Repairs on Hutt Street in Adelaide. For further information call us on 0883887426 or email us at sales@birkenstockhahndorf.com.au.

Stock

You can select your size on the product page that you are interested in and click the "NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE" button. This will send you an automated email when the product next comes back into stock.

All of the stock that we have is shown accurately online and in store. If we are showing that a shoe is out of stock online, this means that it is also not available in store.

Unfortunately due to our ordering process we are not able to pre-order stock for customers.

Birkenstock Australia set the recommended retail price for Birkenstock products in Australia. We follow these prices online and in our physical store. Other stockists in Australia are independent retailers therefore, we are not responsible for their pricing choices. We also do not price match to other independent stores.

Birkenstocks classic core range offers some larger sizing. The Arizona, Boston, Milano and Ramses are available in some colours/materials up to size 50.
